CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Custom order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Your deposit is put towards the balance of your order.

TURNAROUND TIMES for custom orders vary.  We average 8 weeks, but it may be shorter or longer.  It will never exceed 6 months. 

Your balance after deposit is due before we start your order.  I will not start an order until it is paid in full.  You have 45 days to pay remaining balance before you forfeit your deposit.

Each item from us is made by hand in our small studio.  What does this mean for you?

All items have different turnaround times.  This means any item can have a long turnaround time if we are jam packed.  No item will take longer than 6 months turnaround.  If you need an item by a certain date, please speak with us prior to your purchase to make sure we can accommodate the timeline.  Rush orders are available and start at $100.

With every item being handmade from sheet metal, no two items are identical.

Shipping- All items are shipped USPS priority mail.  All items contain a tracking number.  We are not responsible for any lost packages after they leave our studio.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request.  Please check your mailing address prior to checkout.  You are responsible for providing the correct address.

Custom items are nonrefundable.  This applies to most of our items.
